NotNow is designed around data minimisation, clear choices, and user control. This page explains how those principles relate to the product and how you can exercise your rights.

How we approach GDPR principles

The GDPR sets principles for processing personal data: lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality; and accountability.

NotNow’s detailed handling of account information, optional backup data, Android permissions, retention, service providers, and security is described in the Privacy Policy. That policy is the authoritative product-specific disclosure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live and how NotNow processes information connected to you, your rights may include:

  • Information and access — understand whether personal data is processed and obtain a copy.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
  • Erasure — request deletion when the legal conditions are met.
  • Restriction — ask for processing to be limited in certain circumstances.
  • Portability — receive eligible data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to certain processing based on your situation.
